Terms & Conditions
1. About This Site
This Site is operated by Golden Lily Jewelry, registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("Golden Lily," "we," "us," "our"). Throughout these Terms, "you" and "the visitor" refer to any person accessing or using the Site.
This Site is presented as a digital showroom. It does not offer direct online purchase or checkout. Golden Lily jewelry is acquired exclusively through a private consultation, either at our Abu Dhabi atelier/boutique or by an appointment arranged through our team.
The information, imagery, and descriptions presented on this Site do not constitute an offer for sale by Golden Lily. They are provided as an invitation for you to make an inquiry or request an appointment; no contract is formed until Golden Lily has separately confirmed an order in writing, as described in Section 3.
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into an appointment request or, in due course, a purchase agreement with Golden Lily.
2. Nature of the Content — Visual Representations
Golden Lily uses advanced digital imaging and AI-assisted visualization in the creation of photography and video content presented on this Site. These visuals are produced for editorial and illustrative purposes to convey design intent, craftsmanship, and the character of our collections.
Digitally rendered or AI-assisted imagery may not represent an exact, one-to-one likeness of a physical piece, including but not limited to fine details of stone cut, metal finish, proportion, and color rendering under different lighting conditions.
Every high jewelry piece is individually crafted; natural gemstones vary in cut, inclusion pattern, and color by nature, meaning no two pieces are ever fully identical to another or to an image.
We take care to ensure that all imagery is a fair and accurate reflection of the piece it represents. If you would like to view a piece in person before making a decision, we warmly invite you to request an atelier appointment.
3. Appointments and Inquiries
Requesting an appointment or submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute a binding order, reservation, or contract of sale.
An order is only formed once its terms (piece, specification, price, and delivery) are confirmed in writing between you and Golden Lily following an in-person or advisor-led consultation.
Golden Lily reserves the right to reschedule, decline, or limit appointment requests at its discretion, including for reasons of availability, security, or verification.
4. Acceptable Use
When submitting an inquiry, appointment request, or any other information through this Site, you agree not to:
provide false, misleading, or impersonated contact information;
use the Site or its forms for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit unsolicited commercial material;
upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes the rights of any third party;
attempt to copy, scrape, or extract Site content or data by automated means.
Golden Lily reserves the right to decline, disregard, or discontinue correspondence arising from any inquiry submitted in breach of this section.
5. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Pieces
Many Golden Lily pieces are created to order or fully bespoke, incorporating client-specified stones, settings, or engravings.
Bespoke specifications (including engraving text, stone selection, and sizing) are the responsibility of the client to confirm in writing before production begins.
Golden Lily reserves the right to decline any bespoke request that conflicts with the availability of materials, technical feasibility, or the House's design standards.
Once production has commenced on a bespoke or personalized piece, the order is generally not cancellable; specific cancellation terms will be confirmed in your individual client agreement at the time of order.
6. Gemstone Certification
Where applicable, pieces containing graded gemstones are accompanied by an independent certification (e.g., GIA) at the time of sale, as specified in your individual client agreement. Certification pertains to the stone as graded at issuance; any subsequent re-cutting, re-setting, or alteration performed outside of Golden Lily's own atelier may affect or void that certification.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including photography, video, text, design imagery, layouts, and the Golden Lily name and logo — is the property of Golden Lily or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this Site's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Original jewelry designs, including bespoke commissions created for a client, remain the intellectual property of Golden Lily unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this Site — including descriptions of materials, provenance, and craftsmanship — is accurate and current at the time of publication. Golden Lily reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or modify Site content at any time without prior notice.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
Any personal information you submit through an appointment or inquiry form is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which forms part of these Terms. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to being contacted by our team regarding your request.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Golden Lily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including reliance on visual content for decisions made outside the context of a confirmed client agreement.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
These Terms are provided in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology, to the extent applicable to an informational, non-transactional website.
12. Changes to These Terms
Golden Lily reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this Site. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
